Welcome to the 2023 WCLL Challengers Registration!

This is registration for both Walnut Creek Little League (WCLL) and Continental Little League (CLL).

This registration will allow you to provide contact information and sign consents.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Medical Release, Volunteer Application, and Headsup Concussion Form

As part of this registration process, these forms will need to be completed / signed also: 

  • MEDICAL RELEASES: All participants will need a signed medical release on file in order to play.  These forms must be turned into your players manager after team assignments are announced.
  • HEADS UP CONCUSSION is form required by the state of California and can be signed as part of the registration process.
  • PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT can be signed as part of the registration process.
  • VOLUNTEER APPLICATON / BACKGROUND CHECKS: All volunteers will need to submit the volunteer application as part of the registration process.  Background checks must be submitted online, and a link will be sent to you once your registration is complete.
